摘要:
生态农业的发展有利于提高黑龙江省的农业生产水平和可持续发展的能力, 提高农业生产的综合效益。黑龙江省的生态农业建设经历了二十余年的发展历程, 获得了较大的外部性经济和社会效益, 然而生态农业在地方经济发展中还未发挥应有的促动作用。在生态农业建设和发展中政府部门责任是重大的, 不仅体现在宏观调控职能上, 在生态农业知识普及、产业化扶持、生态农业产品的竞争力提高方面政府也需发挥应有的作用。
Abstract:
Development o f ecological agriculture i s co ntributed to improving the level of agriculturalproduction , the capaci ty o f sustainable development and the g eneral ag ricultural benefi ts inHeilo ng jiang Pro vince .Tho ug h the great economic and social benefi ts had been achieved w ith thedevelopment of eco logical ag riculture in fo repassed tw o decades , ecolo gical ag riculture did notbring fo rth the enough stimulat ive influence on the local eco nomic development in Heilongjiang .Go vernmental responsibi li ty is very g reat in co nst ructio n and develo pment of ecolo gical ag riculture.Gove rnment should play the greater ro le in function o f macro-cont rol , popularizat ion of ecological ag ricultural know ledge , industrializatio n of sustainment , and enhancement of competi tionability o f ecolog ical ag ricultural pro duction .
