摘要:
中国正处在现代化建设的关键时期，随着城市化的不断推进和工业化的快速发展，耕地资源正面临前所未有的挑战。以忻州市为例来进行研究，分析忻州市的发展趋势，提出了一些可以缓解耕地问题的建议与策略，以促进忻州市耕地保护未来的健康发展，为保护现有耕地，提升耕地质量，守住1.2亿hm2基本农田的红线不动摇，依靠现代科技的力量对粮食安全做出贡献。
Abstract:
Nowadays, Chinese is in the critical period of modernization, with the constant advancement of urbanization and accelerated industrialization, cultivated land resources is facing a hitherto unknown challenge.Taking Xinzhou city as an example to study,some suggestions were put forward and ease the land strategy, in order to promote the healthy development of Xinzhou city cultivated land protection in the future,contributed to proteeting the existing cultivated land, improving the quality of cultivated land, holding the basic farmland red line,and rely on the power of modern science and technology contribution to food security.
