摘要:
生态农业建设是复杂的系统工程, 不是能够孤立地实现的。生态农业的职能在农业内部系统良性循环与外部环境良性循环的共同作用中生成。黑龙江生态农业建设呼唤完善的法制环境, 要求实现生态文化、生态社会。
Abstract:
The construction of Ecological Ag riculture is a complicated sy stematic eng ineering .Itcould not reali ze independent ly .It can be only g row n and developed under the combined actionw here inner and outer of ag ricul tural circulate s bo th w ell .Heilo ng jiang Eco logical Ag ricultureneeds wel l developed leg al sy stem circumstance , demands Ecological Cul ture and Ecologicall Countryside Society .
