摘要:
在黑龙江省建设生态农业, 走生态经济发展之路是富民强省的重要途径。通过对我省生态农业的现状分析, 可以看出我省生态环境功能有所下降, 要建设生态农业, 必须解决生态农业补贴存在的问题, 确保农业安全。
Abstract:
Constructing ecological ag riculture , taking the w ay o f ecolog ical and eco nomical development in Heilo ng jiang Province is the impo rtant path to prosperous people and stro ng province .This article analy zed present situa tions of ecolo gical agricul ture in Heilongjiang pro vince .It w asfound that the ecolo gical environment funct ion started to dro p .In order to const ruct the ecolog icalag riculture , exi sting problem of the ecolo gical ag ricul ture subsidy must be solved and the ag riculturalsecurity sho uld be g uaranteed .
