- 氮是作物的重要营养元素之一,对作物的生长发育、品质和产量具有重要作用。施用氮肥显著提高了小麦的产量,但由于近年生产中氮肥的不合理施用,导致了氮肥流失、环境污染、氮肥利用效率降低等问题。为了减轻环境污染,提高氮肥利用效率,将氮肥对小麦氮代谢和再利用中的关键酶活性、氮同化物游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量、干物质与氮的积累和分配、产量性状与产量以及氮肥利用率的影响进行了综述。结果表明:我国小麦氮肥用量约240 kg?hm -2,为我国小麦生产氮肥施用提供合理化建议。
- Abstract:
- Nitrogen is one of the important nutrient elements of crops,and plays an important role in the growth,quality and yield of crops.In recent years,the application of nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the yield of wheat,however,the irrational application of nitrogen fertilizer in wheat production had resulted in a large number of nitrogen loss,environmental pollution and lower nitrogen use efficiency.In order to reduce environmental pollution,improve nitrogen utilization efficiency,effects of nitrogen fertilizer on key enzyme activities in nitrogen metabolism and reuse in wheat,contents of free amino acids and soluble proteins in nitrogen assimilates,accumulation and distribution of dry matter and nitrogen,yield characters and yield and nitrogen use efficiency were reviewed.The results showed that the amount of nitrogen fertilizer for wheat in China was about 240 kg?hm -2,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for the application of nitrogen fertilizer.
