- 为优化甜瓜无菌萌发条件,采用正交设计L9(34) 研究了甜瓜种子在不同培养基(琼脂培养基、1/2 MS和1/8 MS培养基)、不同浸种时间(0.5、2.0、4.0 h)以及培养温度(25、30、35 ℃)下发芽情况。结果表明:甜瓜浸种4 h,浸种温度是35 ℃,接种在1/2 MS培养基,25 ℃的培养温度条件下进行培养,甜瓜种子发芽率达到100%。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize Cucumis melo L.seed sterile germination conditions,we compared the germination in different medium (agar medium,1/2 MS ,1/8 MS),different seed soaking time (0.5,2.0,4.0 h) and culture temperature (25,30 and 35 ℃) by the orthogonal design L9 (34).The results showed that seed soaking temperature at 35 ℃,seed soaking time for 4 h,culture temperature at 25 ℃,the 1/2 MS,sterile germination rate was the best germination condition,the germination rate reached 100%.
