- 为了创制新类型的有经济价值的高产小麦新品种,利用两个不同的小麦-黑麦代换系杂交,在杂种后代中选择具有大穗、多小穗等优良性状植株,按性状继代选择直至稳定为止,选出09-4、09-5、09-7、09-8、09-9、09-10、09-11共7个品系,并对这些品系进行了田间观察和细胞学分析,结果表明:这些品系田间表现遗传稳定、具有大穗、多小穗、多分蘖等优良性状;是有经济价值和利用价值的遗传材料。
- Abstract:
- In order to create high yield wheat with big ears which have very important value in wheat breeding and production,the lines with big ears and multispikelets in the crossing between wheat-rye substitution line 5A/5R and 6A/6R were selected.7 lines were obtained:09-4,09-5,09-7,09-8,09-9,09-10,09-11.By field observation and cytological analysis,these lines were useful for the genetic stability and fertility and dry and disease resistance and they had multispikelets with more number of grains per ear,higher grain weight,more ears per plant as well as other good characters.The results showed that these lines had very important value in production and wheat breeding.
