- 小麦穗发芽是世界性的灾害,高效的穗发芽抗性鉴定方法是穗发芽抗源选择及抗穗发芽育种中有效选择的关键。穗发芽抗性鉴定受到多种环境条件的影响,其中发芽试验中穗的摆放姿态和灭菌剂的选择对鉴定结果影响较大。比较了小麦发芽试验过程中穗摆放姿态和不同的灭菌剂对穗发芽试验结果的影响,以期筛选出适合黑龙江省生态条件的小麦穗发芽鉴定方法。
- Abstract:
- Preharvest sprouting in wheat is a disaster in the world. Breeding resistance variety is the essential approach. There are many appraisals, and the germination experiments with whole spike and kernel are often used. In the study want to find the more resistance appraisals on preharvest sprouting fitting for the zoology in Heilongjiang province by some single factor experiments such as choosing different spike postures and sterilization reagents in germination experiment.
