- 苜蓿是世界上重要的豆科牧草, 以其品质好、产量高而被誉为“牧草之王” 。结合国内外苜蓿基因工程研究动态, 从基因型、外植体、培养基、培养途径、培养条件对苜蓿再生体系的影响, 乙酰丁香酮(AS)浓度、选择压、受体选择对苜蓿转基因体系的影响两个大方面, 综述了苜蓿再生和转基因体系研究的进展。

- As“ the king o f fo rage s” , Alfalfa is the mo st impo r tant Leg umes in the w o rld , w ith go od qua lity , hig hyie ld .Combining the domestic and inte rna tional dev elo pments in g enetic engineering , the prog re ss of alfalfa regeneratio n and transgenic sy stem we re summarized from geno ty pe , ex plants, media , culture means, culture co nditionson the effect of alfalfa reg ene ratio n sy stem , and the ace to sy ringo ne(AS)co ncentration , pressure choice and thecho ice of recepto r on the effect o f alfalfa transgenic system.
