- 对6 个不同抗性的大豆品种接种细菌性斑点病菌后12 、24 、36 、48 和60 h 分别测定叶片中SOD 、POD 活性以及可溶性糖含量。结果表明:抗感品种接种细菌性斑点病菌后叶片中SOD 和POD 活性在病程的大部分较对照增加, 总体而言抗病品种叶片中SOD 活性总体增加幅度高于感病品种。而感病品种叶片中可溶性糖的含量较对照均有一定幅度的增加, 抗病品种相反。
- Abstract:
- The SOD , POD act ivity and soluble sug ar content in leaves of susceptible and resi stantsoy bean varieties inoculated w ith Pseudomonas sy ringae pv. G ly cinea in 12 , 24 , 36 , 48 and 60hwere tested in this experiment . The result s show ed that SOD and POD activity in leaves of mo stof the resistant soy bean varieties we re hig her than CK , and tho se in susceptible ones w ere low erthan CK. The so luble sugar in leaves of susceptible varieties w ere hig her than CK , and that inleaves of resi stant o nes w as usually low er than CK.
