摘要:
宁夏彭阳县大力开展雨水集蓄利用工程建设与示范, 采取示范引导、稳步推广, 领导重视、部门配合、群众积极参与, 因地制宜、科学规划、加强培训, 强化管理、合理配套、注重实效的措施, 取得了良好的经济、生态、社会效益, 集雨节灌技术的推广利用出现了方兴未艾的局面, 对同类地区具有较强示范带动作用。
Abstract:
the enginee ring techno logy of ef ficient ly using rainw ater and demo nst ra tion have beenwell put in pract ice. Major measures are the demonst rat ion ex tending , leaders’regards , coo perationo f depar tment s , enlistment o f mass , reasonable use st rengthening ly t raining and management, arrangement , and paying attent ion to effect . Bet ter eco logical , ecologic and social benefitw as at tained. economy and zoo logy . In sum , the use o f the technique has brought impo rtantdemonstrat ion in the same areas.
