- 甜瓜T912 品种是雌雄异花同株, 与正常品种的雄全同株不同, 这在育种工作中省去了人工去雄的麻烦, 大大提高了杂交的成功率和种子纯度。本文通过对T912 品种雌花形成时雄蕊原基退化的形态学观察, 并与正常的完全花品种1-4 进行比较, 认为雌花是完全花发育过程中雄蕊退化的结果, 退化的雄蕊原基中无花药组织的分化。另外, 用计数法对T912 与1-4 两个品种进行了统计, 结果发现T912 雄蕊原基以5 数居多, 与正常的1-4 雄蕊以3 数为主有所区别。
- Abstract:
- Different from the normal andromonoecy , T912 (Cucumis melo L .)is the dicling and androgynism , w hich has saved a lot of trouble in artificial emasculatio n and greatly improved the rate ofsuccessful cross and the purity of seeds .Through the mo rphologic observation of retrog ressive of stamenprimordium as the formation of the female f lower in T912 (Cucumis melo L .), and comparisonw ith the normal monoclinic 1-4(Cucumis melo L .), in this paper conclusions have been draw n :theformat ion of female flower is the result of stamen retrogressive during the development of monoclinic ;in the stamen primordium of ret rog ressive , the differentiation of anther tissue hasn’ t been observed .In addi tion , count ing method w as used to count up T912 (Cucumis melo L .)and 1-4(Cucumis meloL .).The result show s that the number of stamina primordia is 5 in the most of f low ers of T912(Cucumis melo L .), dif ferent f rom that of the no rmal stamina -3 in the most of flowers of 1-4(Cucumis melo L .).
