- 为提高小麦及其制品的抗性淀粉含量,本研究以小麦品种Glemnson、Fielder及Express为试验材料,在宁夏回族自治区银川市引进种植,完成生物学特性及农艺性状调查,结合其籽粒抗性淀粉含量性状表现情况对参试品种进行综合评价。结果表明:参试小麦品种Glemnson、Fielder及Express在常规小麦栽培技术措施条件下均能够于宁夏地区正常生长发育,形成完整生育期,具备较好的生境适应能力。品种Glemnson、Fielder、Express籽粒抗性淀粉含量较宁夏本地主推品种高36%,抗性淀粉含量性状表现突出。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the resistant starch content of wheat and its products,in this study,wheat varieties Glemnson,Fielder and Express were used as test materials,introduced and planted in Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,completed the investigation of biological characteristics and agronomic traits.Comprehensive evaluation of the tested varieties combined with the performance of their resistant starch content.The results showed that the tested wheat varieties Glemnson,Fielder and Express could grow normally in Ningxia under the conditions of conventional wheat cultivation techniques,forming a complete growth period and having good habitat adaptation ability.The resistant starch content of Glemnson,Fielder and Express seeds was 36% higher than that of Ningxia local main push varieties,and the resistant starch content traits showed outstanding performance.
