- 为找出适宜小麦发芽的最佳初始加水量,以50个小麦混合样品为研究对象,BP发芽试验设置6个初始水量:即规程中规定的标准水量、6、8、10、12和14 mL,研究了不同初始水量对于发芽率、试验稳定性、发芽速度的影响。结果表明:标准水量发芽率最好;8 mL的初始水量处理试验稳定性更好;10 mL发芽指数最高,发芽速度更快。
- Abstract:
- To find the optimum initial amount of water suitable for wheat germination,taking 50 mixed samples of wheat as test materials,BP germination test was set up six initial water amount: standard amount,6,8,10,12 and 14 mL.Effects of different initial water amount on germination rate,stability,germination speed were studied.The results showed that germination rate of standard amount was the best; 8 mL water amount had the best stability;10 mL water amount had the fastest to germinate.
