- 为在红小豆芽菜生长过程中合理使用生长调节剂,以红小豆种子为材料,研究了生长调节剂赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对红小豆芽菜生长及产量的影响。结果表明:红小豆芽菜生长过程中应用适宜浓度的生长调节剂能促进其生长并提高产量。适宜的6-BA浓度应为300 mg.L-1,适宜的赤霉素和6-BA混合液的浓度应为500 mg.L-1。
- Abstract:
- In order to make use of growth regulators reasonably in the growth process of red bean sprouts,taking red bean seeds as materials to study the effect of growth regulator gibberellin(GA3),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)on red bean sprouts growth and yield.The results showed that suitable concentration of growth regulators could promote the growth and improve the yield of red bean sprouts in the growth process.Appropriate 6-BA concentration was 300 mg.L-1,and suitable concentration of gibberellin and 6-BA mixture was 500 mg.L-1.
