- 突变系91B569 与其亲本克87 - 183 在农艺性状上存在着较大的变异, 这源于辐射诱变与体细胞无性系变异, 进一步证实了辐射与组织培养是作物育种的有效途径之一。醇溶蛋白分析结果表明, 克83 —187 与其突变系间存在较大的差异, 91B569 增加了第3 , 9 , 13 , 19 条谱带, 而缺少第10 , 12 , 14 , 17 , 18 条谱带。二者在高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成上是相同的, 均为Glu - 1A(1),Glu- 1B(7 +8)和Glu - 1D(2 +12), 在低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成上存在差异, 即91B569 具有第2 , 4条谱带, 缺少第3 条谱带, 说明低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成对小麦的品质也有重要影响。
- Abstract:
- There w ere a g reat v ariat ion in agro nomic t rait s betw een 91B569 and it s parent Ke87 -183. It resulted f rom mutatio n and t issue culture , and proved that muta tion combining ti ssue culturew as one of approach of crop breeding. T he resul t of gliadin analy sis show ed that the re w eredifference betw een mutant and parent , mutant 91B569 w ith lo ci No. 3 , 9 , 13 , 19 , but w itho ut lo ciNo. 10 , 12 , 14 , 17 , 18. Hig h molecular weigh t glutenin subunit s w ere the same in mutant 91B569and it s parent , but mutant 91B569 had No. 2 , 4 brand and w itho ut 3 brand in low molecularweight g lutenin subuni ts. It meant that low molecular w eig ht g lutenin subunit play a impo rtantrole in w hea t quality also.
