- 利用生化标记和选择性回交等手段进行糯质目的基因定向导入与跟踪, 采用组培和小麦× 玉米杂交诱导单倍体等生物技术, 建立糯性小麦高效选择体系, 创造糯性小麦新种质和面条麦品种, 评价糯性小麦新种质在面条麦育种中的利用价值。
- Abstract:
- In thi s study , biochemical marker and selective backcross w ere employ ed to Trace and int roduce target gene of Waxy w heat. Meanw hile , We use the methodo logy of anther culture and haploid production . Via w heat ×maize to establi sh hig h - ef ficient select ion sy stem of w axy Wheat , and creat new germplasm of w axy w heat and noodle w heat varieties. We realized that it is impo rtant for no odle w heat breeding to evaluate new germplasm of w ax y w heat.
