- 利用SDS -PAGE 和A -PAGE 分析了小麦品种克旱9 号和新克旱9 号的电泳图谱, 指出了这两个外形极为相似的姊妹系的特征谱带。讨论了中间类型产生的原因。
- Abstract:
- Both differences of Kehan 9 and Xinkehan 9 from wheat breeding institute of Heilongjiangacademy of ag ricultural science w ere analyzed by SDS -PAGE and A -PAGE .The individual characteristicband in elect rophoregram of sister lines of Kehan 9 and Xinkehan 9 that both were similar inmorphologic were determined .The reason of occurrence middle types w ere discussed .
