摘要:
以扶桑带嫩芽的茎段为外植体进行快繁。试验结果表明:最佳基本培养基为1/ 2MS ;为防止褐化可加入抗坏血酸(100 mg/ L);最有效诱导丛生芽的激素配比为6 -BA(4.0 mg/ L)+NAA(0 .5 mg/ L);最佳诱导生根的激素配比为1/ 2MS +100 mg/ L 抗坏血酸+NAA1 .0 mg/ L 。该技术为扶桑的规模化生产提供了技术保障。
Abstract:
The tissue culture o f tende r stem from Hibiscus rosa -siensis L w as done .The results showed :the suitable basic medium was 1/2MS , V -tamin C w as used to prevent becoming brown , the proper bud inductio n hormone pro po r tion was 6-BA(4.0 mg/ L)+NAA(0 .5 mg/ L), the suitable ro oting ho rmo ne propo rtio n was1/ 2MS +Vc100 mg/ L +NAA1.0 mg/ L, A macropro pag atio n method to the large scale pr oductio n o f Hibiscus rosa -siensis L plants w as provided .
