- 为筛选出综合性状优异的蓝靛果忍冬资源,以5份引进的蓝靛果忍冬果实为试验材料,测定其表型性状和生化指标,运用隶属函数法对5份蓝靛果忍冬资源进行综合评价。结果表明:参试资源中S2的维生素C含量最大,为324.45 mg·kg-1-;蓓蕾的花色苷含量最大,为592.53 mg·(100 g)-1-,D值排序为蓓蕾>S1>S2>20>-18,蓓蕾的综合性状表现最好,S1次之。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen out the Lonicera caerulea L. resources with excellent comprehensive characteristics,the fruit of Lonicera caerulea L. was used as test material,phenotypic characters and biochemical indexes were determined,five Lonicera caerulea L. resources were evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function.The results showed that the highest content of vitamin C was 324.45 mg· kg-1- in S2,the highest content of total anthocyanin was 592.53 mg·(100 g) -1- in Beilei,the order of D value was Beilei>S1>S2>20>18,the comprehensive performance of Beilei was the best,followed by S1.
