- 为促进黑龙江省玉米秸秆产业良性、可持续发展,以探究黑龙江省玉米秸秆焚烧“屡禁不止”的原因为出发点,选取省内大、中、小不同类型秸秆综合利用企业和玉米种植农户进行秸秆利用意愿调查,并结合文献分析,定性对农户、企业和政府3个行为主体对玉米秸秆综合利用的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,最终提出了黑龙江省秸秆综合利用的建议和措施。
- Abstract:
- To promote the benign and sustainable development of maize straw industry in Heilongjiang province,taking the cause of burning maize straws in Heilongjiang province as the starting point,selected the enterprises of different types maize straws comprehensive utilization and maizeplanting farmers to take surveys whether they would like to carry out the comprehensive utilization of maize straws and the corresponding documents analysis.The qualitative analysis to illustrate the current conditions of the comprehensive utilization of maize straws and the existing problems in terms of farmers,enterprises and government,and some suggestions and measures for the comprehensive utilization of maize straws in Heilongjiang province were put forward.
