- 为了促进平菇栽培生产,以平菇菌种为试验材料,通过Fe2+、Mn2+、Zn2+三种微量元素进行三因素四水平正交设计共产生16种试验组合。采用固体平板和液体摇瓶培养的方法培养平菇菌种,测定菌丝日平均增长量、菌丝体干重、过氧化物酶活性,并通过正交试验设计进行直观分析。结果表明:综合考虑3个因素,然后针对不同因素的不同指标所对应的最优组合条件,通过单个指标的直观分析并结合实际进行综合平衡分析,最终得到综合的优方案,即Fe2+ 20 mg?L-1、Mn2+ 0 mg?L-1、 Zn2+ 20 mg?L-1的组合。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote cultivation production of Pleurotus ostreatus,taking Pleurotus ostreatus strains as test material,through three kinds of trace elements in Fe2+,Mn2+,Zn2+ by orthogonal design with three factors and four levels produced a total of 16 kinds of experimental combinations.With a solid plate and liquid shake flask culture method for cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and the average rate of growth,dry weight and peroxidase activity of mycelium were measured and it was visual analysis by orthogonal test design.The results showed that comprehensive optimal scheme was Fe2+ 20 mg?L-1,Mn2+0 mg?L-1,Zn2+20 mg?L-1 through the general equilibrium analysis and the actual situation with different index corresponding to the optimal combination conditions.
