- 为促进低农残蔬菜品种的选育,利用气相色谱对供试的10份黄瓜幼苗叶片进行了乐果农药残留量的检测,筛选出农药残留量较高和较低的材料各一份。利用ICP-MS对筛选出来的材料进行K+、Ca2+和Mg2+及重金属离子Cd2+和Pd2+的检测。结果表明:与高农药残留材料相比,低农药残留材料的K+和Ca2+的含量较高,而Mg2+的含量却较低,但二者经乐果农药处理后,低农药残留材料的K+、Ca2+和 Mg2+的含量都变得相对较高。同时,在农药处理前后,低农药残留材料的重金属离子Cd2+和Pd2+的含量都表现为相对较高。因此在筛选低农残蔬菜品种时,不仅要考虑K+、Ca2+和 Mg2+的含量,也应把其重金属离子的含量作为筛选指标之一。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the breeding of low pesticide residues for vegetables,the residues of dimethoate in ten cucumber seedling leaves were testing by Gas chromatography,one material with higher and lower pesticide residues were selected. Content of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Cd2+and Pd2+ by ICP-MS of selected materials were tested. The results showed that the low residual material got high content of K+and Ca2+ and low content of Mg2+ compared with high residual material,but after dealing with dimethoate,the low residual material got relatively high content of K+,Ca2+and Mg2+ . The same time,low residual materials all got relatively high content of Cd2+ and Pd2+. So when selecting low pesticide residues in vegetable varieties,the content of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and the content of heavy metal ions should be considered as the indicators.
