- 不同基因型水稻籽粒铁含量差异明显,筛选出富铁能力较强的水稻品种,对开发黑龙江省富铁水稻资源具有十分重要的意义。通过田间试验对黑龙江省水稻资源进行筛选。结果表明:相同条件下,黑龙江省水稻资源材料铁含量差异较大,变异区间在2.85~7.69 mg·kg-1,平均值为4.62 mg·kg-1,极大值与极小值的比值为2.70。对黑龙江省137份种质资源籽粒铁含量进行频率分析,发现其整体分布呈单峰的正态分布,说明水稻籽粒铁含量是受多基因控制的数量性状遗传。
- Abstract:
- Iron contentis different in different genotypes rice grain,screening out rich-iron rice varieties has great significance for the development of iron rich resources of rice in Heilongjiang province.The fields creening experiment of rice germplasm resources was conducted in Heilongjiang province.The results showed that iron content in rice resources was different,the variation range of iron content was 2.85~7.69 mg·kg-1,the average was 4.62 mg·kg-1,the ratio of the maximum and minimum was 2.70.Frequency distribution of 137 resources iron content was close to a unimodal normal distribution,which indicated that iron content of rice grains was controlled by multiple genes.
