- 摘要:
- 为探究检测稻米中重金属含量的有效方法,以硝酸为消解体系,以电热板消解和电热消解仪消解2种方式消解样品,采用ICP-MS法测定同一稻米样品中的4种重金属元素(Cr、As、Cd、Pb)的含量。结果表明:2种前处理方法均简便、快捷、准确,适于稻米中重金属元素的检验。但通过对精密度和回收率的比较,可知电热消解仪消解法更具优势。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the effective way to detect the content of heavy metals in rice,based on nitric acid digestion system,the samples were digested in two ways by the electric heating plate digestion and the electric heating digestion instrument,and four kinds of heavy metals elements(Cr,As,Cd,Pb) in rice were measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The results showed that the two Pre-treatment method were simple,quickly and accurately.And the methods were suitable for rice of heavy metals elements on inspection.But by comparing the precision and the recovery rate,it could be known that the electric heat digestion method had more advantages.
