- 在招投标中，技术标作为投标文件的一个重要组成部分，常参于项目的评分，技术标得分高低对工程能否中标起着关键性的作用，然而当前技术标中仍存在着一些不利于评标的因素，基于方便、客观评标方面考虑，分析了技术标中存在的问题，提出了技术标改革的思路和方案，为招标评标工作提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- ?In the bidding,technical bid as an important part of the bidding documents,often participates in project score,technical bid scores could play a key role in the bidding result,however,there still existed some factors which were not conducive to bid evaluation in technical bid,based on the convenient and objective evaluation of tenders,the problems in technical bid were analyzed,some ideas and schemes of the reform of technical bid were proposed.?
