- 黑龙江省农科院本着以人为本、深化改革、加强创新、服务生产、有所作为的宗旨,确立了优化资源配置、精简高效、加强创新、争取支持的改革思路,进行了十余年的探索实践,基本构筑了适应市场经济发展要求的科技创新和管理机制创新的新格局。

- Depending on persons’ ability and taking it as tenet of deepening reform, enhancing innovation,serving production and pursuinghigh achievements,HeilongjiangAcademy ofAgricultural Scienceshasformedthe reform idea of resource configuration optimizing,high efficiency, reformenhancing and making efforts forsupport. Exploring and practicing for reformmore than tenyears,we have established newpattern of scientificinnovation and manage mentmechanism innovation which accommodates market economic development.
