水产养殖业正在取代捕捞渔业在全球供应膳食蛋白质,然而水域污染问题日益严峻,影响了水产养殖业的可持续发展和水产品的质量安全。研究总结了近年来国内外有关水产养殖与环境影响的传导路径,分析了影响水产品安全生产的各主要因素,以期为提升水产品质量安全等方面的研究提供新的视角和思路。

Capture fisheries is being replaced by aquaculture to supply dietary protein in global,however,the water pollution is more and more serious which affected the sustainable development of aquaculture,as well as the quality and safety of aquatic products.The conduction path about aquaculture and environmental impact currently at home and abroad were summarized,and the main factors affected the safety in production of aquatic were analyzed,so as to provide new perspectives and ideas for improving quality and safety of aquatic products.
