- 为准确测定叶绿素含量,以大豆品系2146-7为试材,采用随机区组设计方法,研究不同施肥方式对大豆叶片光谱与叶绿素含量的相关性。结果表明:光谱反射率大小为:不施肥处理>常规施肥处理>有机肥处理+常规施肥处理;在可见光710 nm处有一个叶绿素反射吸收谷;叶片叶绿素含量与光谱植被指数mSR705、mND705和PSSRc具有极显著相关性。
- Abstract:
- In order to determinate the chlorophyll content accurately,taking soybean strain 2146-7 as material,using randomized block design method,correlation analysis about chlorophyll content and spectral characteristics of soybean leaves under different fertilizer treatmens were researched.The results showed that spectral reflectance was without fertilizer>conventional fertilizer>organic fertilizer and conventional fertilizer,there was a chlorophyll absorption valley in 710 nm of visible light;there was significant correlation on content of chlorophyll and spectral vegetation indexes such as mSR705,mND705 and PSSRc.
