- 为了解大豆品种抗旱机制,筛选抗旱材料,以合丰42和合丰47为例,研究干旱对大豆叶片的影响。结果表明:干旱严重影响大豆的叶绿素含量、植株叶面积的大小等大豆叶片性状,进而影响大豆光合作用,导致大豆干物质积累量降低,从而产量降低。干旱对大豆的影响机理分析,对大豆抗旱机制有更全面的了解。说明不同大豆品种的农艺性状对抗旱性及后期产量形成具有一定的影响,每个与抗旱性有关的农艺性状对大豆抗旱性起着重要作用,对于筛选大豆抗旱性材料具有指导意义。
- Abstract:
- In this paper,Hefeng 42,Hefeng 47,for example,study the impact of drought on soybean leaves.The results showed that: drought seriously affected the chlorophyll content of soybean,plant leaf area the size of the soybean leaf traits,thereby affecting the soybean photosynthesis,resulting in reduced dry matter accumulation of soybean to yield.By the impact of drought on the mechanism analysis of soybean,soybean drought and thus have a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanism.Agronomic traits of soybean varieties of different drought resistance and post-production on the formation of a certain influence,each with drought-related agronomic traits of soybean plays an important role in drought resistance,drought resistance materials for screening soybean instructive.
