- 采用Griffing完全双列杂交方法,对7个春小麦品种主要农艺性状配合力和遗传力进行分析。结果表明:新克旱9号是综合农艺性状优良的理想亲本,克旱16产量性状一般配合力效应高,是高产育种的理想亲本,龙麦26可作为丰产改良的亲本材料。株粒重性状的遗传以基因加性效应为主,株穗数、主穗粒数、株粒数、主穗小穗数正反交间有差异。新克旱9号/龙辐麦9号组合可作为选择大穗材料的重点组合。穗长、主穗小穗数性状广义和狭义遗传力均大于50%,且广义遗传力和狭义遗传力相差不大,表明其加性效应较大,宜在育种低世代进行选择。
- Abstract:
- Using the Griffing method,the main agronomic characters combining ability and heritability of seven varieties of spring wheat were analyzed.The results showed that ‘Xinkehan No.9’ may be used as excellent comprehensive agronomic characters parent of breeding,‘Kehan 16’was the better parent in yield character with high general combining ability,‘Longmai 26’may be used as fine parent in high-yielding characters improvement breeding.Grain weight per spike was controlled mainly by additive gene effect.There was different from reciprocal cross in ears per plant,grain number of main spike,spikelet number of main spike,plant grain number.Xinkehan No.9/Longfumai No.9 may be used as key combination of selecting big spike.Ear length,grain number of main spike,single plant grain number,spikelet number of main spike.The value of broad heritability and narrow heritability of spike length,plant height,were over 50%,also both of them had a little different.The results indicated that additive effect was greater,its could be selected at early generation.
