- 利用从葡萄中克隆到的白藜芦醇合酶基因(Resveratrol Synthase, 简称 RS)构建了含有 35S 组成型启动子的植物表达载体 P35s-2300-RS, 应用农杆菌介导方法对马铃薯品种进行遗传转化。通过对抗性芽、生根、再生植株的筛选, 得到5 株再生小苗。 经 PCR、Southern检测证实, 有3株为真正的转基因植株。
- Abstract:
- The resveratrol synthase gene expression vector has been constructedwith the construction of constitutive 35S pro-moter of the plant expression vector P35s-2300-RS(Resveratrol Synthase, referred to asRS), The gene was originally clonedfrom grapes.The gene was transferred by the Agrobacterium-mediatedinto the potato varieties.The study obtained5 regen-erated seedlings by screening the resistant shoot, root, the regenerated plant, 3 of which were the real transgenic plant con-firmed by PCR,Southern Testing .
