- 为了更进一步探索大豆不同时期不同节位叶片叶绿素含量的变化趋势, 用叶绿素仪、721 型分光光度计等仪器对大豆不同时期进行测量与分析, 结果表明:大豆不同品种、不同时期叶片叶绿素总含量下降快慢不同, 在所供试的品种中, 亚有限品种OhioFG1 叶片叶绿素总含量变化范围最大, 有限品种叶片中叶绿素总含量表现一直为沈农6 号>铁丰29>铁丰27;对叶绿素a、b 的研究表明, 叶绿素a 含量都高于其对应的叶绿素b 的含量。沈农6 号是叶绿素a 含量较高的品种, 铁丰29 叶片叶绿素b 含量较高的品种。说明不同品种叶片叶绿素总含量的高低是由叶绿素a 、b 共同作用的结果。
- Abstract:
- To further explore chlorophyll content trend of different section of soybean, the measurement and analysis in differentperoid were condcted with chlorophy ll meter, 721-spectropho tometer.The result showed:the decline of chlo rophyll contentof leaves of different varieties and periods were different , sub-limited species OhioFG1 had the biggest changes in the totalchlorophy ll content , limited varieties of the to tal content of chlorophyll in the leaves were Shennong No .6> Tiefeng 29>Tiefeng 27;Studied o n chlo rophyll a and b showed that the content of Chlo rophyll a was higher than its corresponding chlorophyllb .Shenno ng No .6 had a high chlorophy ll a content, Tiefeng 29 had a high chlorophyll b co ntent.The co-action ofchlorophy ll a and b resulted in different chlorophyll content of different varieties.
