- 面粉及其制品的色泽是衡量小麦品质的一项重要指标, 并且随着人们生活水平的提高而受到越来越多的重视。为了解黑龙江省小麦品种Psy-A1 位点上控制黄色素含量的等位基因分布状况, 本研究利用功能标记YP 7A 对95 份推广品种的Psy-A 1 位点等位变异进行了检测。结果表明, 在Psy-A1 位点控制低黄色素含量的等位基因Psy-A 1b 的材料在黑龙江省小麦中的分布频率为58 .9%, 而控制高黄色素含量的等位基因Psy-A1a的材料在黑龙江省小麦中的分布频率为41.1%, 说明黑龙江省小麦品种Psy-A1 位点以Psy-A 1b 为主。但从单个品种上看, 当前黑龙江省主栽小麦品种及骨干亲本却大多以高黄色素含量的等位基因Psy-A1a 为主, 如龙麦26 、龙麦30 、龙辐麦12、龙辐麦16 、克旱18 、克旱19、克旱20 等。而克丰6 号、克丰10 号、克丰12 及龙辐麦15 为低黄色素含量的等位基因Psy-A1b 类型。
- Abstract:
- Colour is an impo rtant trait , exe rting significant influences on the apparence o f wheat-based products.Inthe pre sent study , a to ta l o f 95 cultiv ars , co llected f rom Heilong jiang pro vince , w ere used to identify the allelic va riation a t Psy-A1 loci.The results showed that both o f the genoty pe s asso ciated with hig her and low er PPO activityw ere found , the propo rtio n of the allelic v ariations a t Psy-A1 loci contro lling high and low YP co ntent were 41 .1% a nd 58.9%, respec tively .How ever , mo st re pre sentive cultivar s backbone parents , such as lo ngmai 26 , longmai30 , longfumai 12, lo ng fumai 16 , kehan 18 , kehan 19 , and kehan 20 , present Psy-A1a co nt rolling hig h YP content , itmay due to the lack of selectiv e pr essure .
