- 从土壤样品分离得到47 株放线菌, 通过对冬孢子萌发率的测定得到6 株(S-1、H-21 、S-12、H-4、H-13 、H-1)对冬孢子萌发有较好的抑制作用, S-1 菌株及代谢产物对冬孢子萌发抑制率达到76.56 %, 其次为H-21 和S-12 , 抑制率分别为70.15 %和56.87% 。
- Abstract:
- 47 strains Actinomy ce te we re iso la ted f rom so il samples .6 str ains out of them had more inhibitiv e to teliospore g erminatio n.The metabo lic pr oducts of S-1 was the most inhibitiv e with inhibition ra te 76.56 %, H-21andS-12came the seco nd with inhibitio n rate70 .15% and 56.87 %, r espectively.
