龙麦20 小麦品种17 +18 与7 +8 亚基近等基因系间品质差异的初步研究

- 为了解小麦Glu-B1 位点HMW-GS 17+18 与7 +8 的遗传差异, 利用生化标记和连续6 次选择性回交的方法将17 +18 亚基转移到黑龙江省小麦品种龙麦20 中, 获得了龙麦20 的Glu-B1 位点HMW-GS17 +18 与7+8 的近等基因系(NILs)。2006 年将NILs 种植在黑龙江省农业科学院育种研究所的试验田, 田间设计采用双列对比排列, 4 次重复。近等基因系品质分析结果表明, 17 +18 亚基类型与7+8 亚基类型相比, 面筋指数、沉降值、形成时间、稳定时间和断裂时间等重要的品质参数均有一定程度的提高。在5+10 亚基遗传背景下, Glu-B1位点17 +18 亚基对面筋强度仍有一定影响, 因此在选育强筋小麦时, 17 +18 应作为优质亚基予以考虑。

- In o rder to de te rmine the g ene tic differences be tween hig h molecular weig h g lutenin subunits (H MWGS)17+18 and 7+8 , H MW-GS 17+18 w as intro duced into Lo ngmai 20 by 6 co nsecutive backcro sses with biochemicalma rker assisted selection .The near isog enic lines (NILs)o f H MW-GS 17 +18 a nd 7 +8 we re obtainedand g row n in the ex pe rimental field of Cro p Breeding Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Ag ricultural Sciencesin 2006 .The field ex pe riments wer e desig ned using the metho d of tw o line-contrast a rrangement w ith fo ur replicates .The result of the NILs show ed as below , as compa red to NILs w ith subunit 7 +8, the NILs w ith subunit 17+18 were hig he r in g luten index , Zele ny sedimenta tion , developme nt time , stability , breakdow n time , respectively .The impact of the HMW-GS 17+18 on gluten streng th was po sitive in NILs co ntaining HMW-GS 5+10, sug gestingthat H MW-GS 17 +18 co uld be a g ood subunit for breeding strong gluten w heat .
