- 野生青狗尾草与中国栽培谷子进行杂交, 并用浸有氟特力溶液的小培养皿进行发芽试验, 快速鉴别F2代的抗除草剂性能。抗性被隐性基因控制, 但更确切的结果有待进一步试验。氟特力不同用药量的选择试验表明, 对氟特力抗性与敏感不同的谷子品种在0 ~ 2. 4 L /hm2 的处理表现不同, 抗型品种的抗性大约是敏感型抗性的5 倍。为我们选育谷子抗性新品种提供了依据。
- Abstract:
- Interspecific hybrids were obtained between a trif luralin - resistant form of the w ild species Setaria vi ridi s and the t rifluralin - susceptible cultivated fox tail millet ( Setaria ital ica ). Hy brids we re then selfed to produce F2 families. The main ag ro nomic cha racteristics of the hybrids w ere generally intermediate betw een the parental fo rm. Some dif ference w ere obse rved according to the w ild parent used. F2 progeny w ere sco red fo r resi stance using roo t length and shoot grow th o f seedling in pet ri di shes w et ted wi th t rif luralin so lutions. The resistance appear s to be a recessive inheri ted t rai t , but further experiment s o n further generation are necessary to describe the accurate heredi ty. Dif ferent ial select ivity w as show n among resi stance and suscept ible F2 progeny fo r trif luralin co ncent rations f rom 0 to 2 . 4 L / hm2 . Germplasms selected in hy brid progeny were about 5 times moreresistant to trif luralin than the susceptible parent variety . This dif fe rencepro vide evidence fo r us to select new mi llet v arieties w hich re si stance to t rif luralin has been int roduced f rom the w ild green fo xtai l.
