- 利用SAS 统计软件对卷瓣组紫斑百合2 个居群、川百合2 个居群、宝兴百合1 个居群、卷丹1 个居群以及外类群泸定百合1 个居群的17 个可测量性状进行统计分析。旨在从形态学角度阐明这7 个居群的变异式样。所测量的17 个数量性状都具有多样性。方差百分率在种水平上分布较高, 卷瓣组百合种间差异明显。在紫斑百合2 个居群中, 变异主要来源于居群内个体间, 即居群内多样性丰富。川百合与紫斑百合相同居群内存在着较大的遗传变异。在Q -聚类分析中7 个居群被聚为两大类-卷瓣组及外类群。这一结果与经典分类一致。在R -聚类分析中17 个性状被分为4 类, 第一主成分主要由花部各性状组成, 其贡献率已达50.95 %。对该组植物进行形态学分析时, 花部特征应受到充分的重视。
- Abstract:
- In order to explain the mo rphological variation of Lilium nepalense D .Don , Lilium davidii Duchart re , Lilium duchart rei Franch , Lilium lancifolium Thunb and Lilium sargentiae Wilson , 17morphological trait s of 7 populations f rom these lily plants of Yunuan province had been studied by usingStatistical Analysis Systen (SAS).Af ter nested analysis 、R analy sis ans principal component analysis, the high diversity of the 5 species could be found .Among the trait s , the characters of flow er w eremore important than o ther ones.During the Q analysis, 7 populations were g rouped under 2 clusters.The resul t w as in accord with the classical taxonomy
