- 小麦三叶期和抽穗期使用2 .4 -D 试验表明, 三叶期喷施2 .4 -D(0 .09 mL/m2), 对麦田杂草有较好的除草效果, 同时对小麦的产量和品质有一定的不利影响。两年的平均结果, 千粒重下降6 .36 %, 产量降低1 .37 %。品质性状中, 容重下降2 .41 %, 蛋白质和湿面筋含量与对照相比变化不大, 但沉降值变化明显。磷酸二氢钾与其混合喷施, 可改善2 .4 -D 单施时对产量和品质性状的不利影响, 产量、蛋白质和湿面筋含量, 分别提高1 .17 %、1 .2 %和1 .7 %, 沉降值也比单施2 .4 -D 有所提高。因此, 在小麦三叶期喷施2 .4 -D 时配合磷酸二氢钾对小麦产量和品质性状具有一定的改善作用。抽穗期叶面喷洒低浓度的2 .4 -D , 小麦的千粒重、产量都有提高, 蛋白质、湿面筋含量有一定增加, 其幅度分别为0 .6 %、1 .7 %, 而沉降值下降1 .7 %。甲醇作为一种助剂单独喷施时对小麦的产量性状和品质性状影响不明显, 当与2 .4 -D 结合进行叶面喷施时, 产量可增加1 .36 %,最高为1 .9 %。在品质性状中, 蛋白质、湿面筋以及沉降值都有不同程度的增加。
- Abstract:
- Spraying 2 .4 -D (0 .09mL/m2)at 3 -leaf stage of w heat has the effect of w eed control in w heat field , while it affects yield and quality adversely , the 1000 -kernel weig ht and yield droppedby 6 .36 % and 1 .37 %, respectively , on the average of tw o years’ data .Among the quality characters, test weig ht lecveased by 2 .41 % and sedimentation value dropped by 6 .2mL w hile pro tein andw et gluten content had no obvious change , compared w ith check .Spraying the mix ture of 2 .4 -D andpotassium di -hydrogen phosphate can improve the adverse ef fect of 2 .4 -D on w heat yield and quality.Yield , protein and w et g luten content can be raised by 1 .17 %, 1 .2 % and 1 .7 %, respectively ,w hile sedimentatio n value is also improved .Therefore spraying 2 .4 -D combined w ith potassium di -hydrogen phosphate at 3 - leaf stage of w heat take the effect of improving the yield andquality . Spraying 2 .4 -D at heading stage increased 1000 -kernel weight and y ield , protein and wetg luten content raised by 0 .6 % and 1 .7 %, while sedimentation value dropped by 1 .7 %.As a co -agent, methyl alcohol can not af fect w heat yield and quality obviously w hen it is sprayed singly .However, i t can increase yield by 1 .36 %~ 1 .9 %w hen i t is used with 2 .4 -D together fo r foliage spraying, w hile quality characters including protein , wet g luten content and sedimentation value w ere improvedw ithin various extent .Therefore , we suppo rt that methyl alcohol could be mixed with 2 .4 -Dfor foliage spray ing at heading stage.
