- 为提高齐齐哈尔市水稻生产力，通过对齐齐哈尔市水稻种植环境、生产现状及存在的问题进行分析，提出加强基础建设、推进水田规模经营、提高集约化生产能力和科技支撑能力、发展精深加工以及加大政策支持力度等政策措施，以期促进齐齐哈尔地区水稻发展。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the rice productivity of Qiqihar city,the rice planting environment,production status and existing problems were analyzed,and the policies and measures were put forward,including strengthening infrastructure construction,promoting scale management of rice,improving intensive production capacity and technical supporting ability,developing deep processing and intensifying policy support,so as to promote the development of rice in Qiqihar area.
