低氮条件下小麦类过敏近等基因系产量与氮效率差异分析

- 为探究在低氮条件下小麦类过敏近等基因系材料间产量及氮效率的差异,在无氮盆栽条件下,以6对遗传背景一致的小麦类过敏近等基因系为试验材料,从产量及其构成、成熟期干物质积累与分配、氮素积累与分配等差异、花后氮代谢相关基因进行研究。结果表明,各近等基因系无斑基因型与有斑基因型间的单株产量和籽粒氮利用率存在显著差异,将类过敏近等基因系小麦分为有斑氮高效群体(NIL1、NIL3、NIL6)和无斑氮高效群体(NIL2、NIL4、NIL5)两种类型,两类氮高效基因型在成熟期均表现出较高的千粒重、地上部干物质量和植株氮素积累量。此外,近等基因系小麦叶片中氮利用相关基因(TaNR、TaNiR、TaGS1)的表达水平在两类氮高效群体中分别在其高效基因型中显著上调,表明这些基因与小麦氮效率的基因型差异密切相关。
