- 为进一步研究黑龙江省茶条槭种质资源遗传多样性,从促进茶条槭的选育、种质创新、遗传改良以及种质资源的保护。根据转录组数据,开发了13对SSR分子标记引物,在20个茶条槭居群、400个样本中共检测到33个等位基因。不同SSR位点的等位基因数量存在差异,最少为2个,最多为5个,平均每个位点的等位基因数量为2.538 5个。茶条槭种群的遗传结构特征显示,居群间的变异较高,居群内的杂合度较高,并存在一定程度的遗传分化。基因流动水平适中(Nm<1),物种的迁移方向为从高纬度地区向低纬度地区扩散。根据遗传多样性分析结果,建议孙吴、嫩江和沾河的居群作为重点保护种源。
- Abstract:
- In order to further study the genetic diversity ofAcer tataricum subsp. ginnala germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province, and provide reference for breeding, germplasm innovation, genetic improvement, and conservation of these resources, 13 pairs of SSR molecular markers were developed based on transcriptome data. A total of 33 alleles were detected across 20 populations and 400 samples of A. tataricum subsp. ginnala. The number of alleles at different SSR loci varied, ranging from 2 to 5, with an average of 2.538 5 alleles per locus. The genetic structure of the populations showed high variation among populations, high heterozygosity within populations, and a certain degree of genetic differentiation. Gene flow was moderate (Nm < 1), and the migration direction of the species was from higher to lower latitude regions. Based on the results of genetic diversity analysis, the populations from Sunwu, Nenjiang, and Zhanhe are recommended as key conservation sources.
