对基层农产品质量安全网格化管理现状的思考

- 基层农产品质量安全监管力量薄弱一直是农产品质量安全监管体系的难点，为有效提升基层农产品质量安全监管效能，本文阐述了在基层开展农产品质量安全网格化管理的意义和喀喇沁旗农产品质量安全网格化监管的工作举措，分析了网格化管理存在的几个问题，并提出了推动基层农产品质量安全网格化管理的建议，利用标准化、信息化手段降低农产品质量安全风险，缓解监管员、协管员工作压力；优化工作方法提升工作效能，制定激励政策提高工作人员积极性；提高各级行政主管部门及社会大众对基层网格化管理的认知，构建社会共治良好氛围。
- Abstract:
- The weakness of the supervision and management of the quality and safety of agricultural products at the grass-roots level has always been the difficulty of the supervision and management system of agricultural products quality and safety, to offectively improve the officiency of grassSSroots agricultural product quality and safety supervision, this paper expounds the significance of carrying out grid management of agricultural product quality and safety at grass-roots level and the working measures of grid management of agricultural product quality and safety in Karaqin banner， analyzed several rssues in grid management some suggestions are put forward to promote the grid management of agricultural product quality and safety， reduce the risk of agricultural product quality and safety by means of standardization and information; We should optimize working methods to improve working efficiency， formulate incentive policies to improve staff’s enthusiasm， raise the awareness of administrative departments at all levels and the general public to grid management at the grass-roots level， and build a good atmosphere of social co-governance.
