不同栽培基质对高架草莓生长及品质的影响

- 为筛选适宜高架草莓栽培的基质,促进资源的循环利用,以草莓品种隋珠为材料,研究了4种不同基质对高架草莓生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:草莓移栽40 d,基质CT(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1)、JZ(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩∶菌渣=5∶2∶2∶1)可显著提高草莓根系活力、叶绿素含量、最大单叶面积、株高及茎粗,与CK(草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=3∶1∶1)相比,草莓单株产量分别增加了17.1%和11.6%。不同基质处理对高架草莓果实品质影响较小,CT处理可溶性固形物含量最高,较CK高4.4%,JZ处理的草莓VC含量、糖酸比最大,较CK分别高2.0%和3.4%。JZ处理和CT处理在高架草莓生长、果品品质和增产上效果均较好,同时降低了成本,可以在生产中推广使用。
