- 大棚甜瓜的种植过程中温室粉虱常会造成严重的危害,丽蚜小蜂是对温室粉虱最有效的生物防治手段之一,为达到最佳的防治效果,本研究对丽蚜小蜂释放量10 000、15 000、20 000头· 667 m2;3、4和5次放蜂频率进行两因素组合试验,计算寄生率、校正寄生率以及防治效果,筛选适宜的放蜂方案。结果表明:综合考虑人工成本、防治成本、投入产出比和田间防效等相关因素,大棚甜瓜生产中释放丽蚜小蜂防治温室粉虱采用放蜂量15 000头· 667 m2,分4次释放,每次间隔7 d防治效果最好。
- Abstract:
- The greenhouse whitefly often causes serious harm during the cultivation of muskmelon in greenhouse.The aphid wasp is one of the most effective biological control methods for the greenhouse whitefly.In order to achieve the best control effect,this study conducted a twofactor combination experiment on the releasing amount of aphid wasp 10 000,15 000,20 000 head per 667 m2; 3,4 and 5 releasing frequencies to calculate parasitic rate,correct parasitic rate and control effect.Finally,screening suitable beefeeding program.The results showed that,considering the related factors such as labor cost,control cost,inputoutput ratio and field control effect,the best control effect was achieved by releasing 15 000 head per 667 m2 of aphid wasps in greenhouse musk melon production and releasing them four times at 7 days interval.
