- 为提高蔬菜种子萌发效率,以生长调节剂IAA(20 mg·kg1)、GA3(150 mg·kg1)及两者复配(20 mg·kg1 IAA+150 mg·kg1 GA3)为种子处理剂,清水处理作对照,研究植物生长调节剂及复配处理对黄瓜种子萌发的影响。对种子萌发情况,计算了发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、简化活力指数等萌发的相关指标,分析了植株干鲜重、根干鲜重及体积等生长指标进行统计,运用灰色关联分析筛选出最佳黄瓜种子萌发的处理。结果表明:GA3、IAA及两者复配均能显著提高种子活力指数、简化活力指数,生长调节剂复配的效果最佳。GA3、IAA及复配处理的根体积、根干鲜重均显著高于CK,以GA3效果最佳;GA3、IAA及两者复配对增加幼苗干鲜重均有较好效果,其中生长调节剂复配效果最佳;灰色关联分析得关联度排序为rA>rB>rC>rC,由此得到各个处理及对照的排序为C>A>B>CK,可知生长调节剂处理均优于对照,其中生长调节剂处理复配处理最好。

- In order to improve the germination efficiency of vegetable seeds,the growth regulator 20 mg·kg1 IAA,150 mg·kg1 GA3 and combination(20 mg·kg1 IAA+150 mg·kg1 GA3 ) were used as seed treatments and treated with water as control to explore the effect of plant growth regulator and compound treatment on seed germination.The germinating indexes such as germination potential,germination rate,vigor index and simplified vigor index were calculated,and the growth indexes such as plant dry fresh weight,root dry fresh weight and volume were analyzed.Grey relational analysis was used to select the best treatment for cucumber seed germination.The results showed that GA3,IAA and the combination of both could significantly improve the seed vigor index,simplify the activity index,the best effect of the compound of growth regulator,IAA and the difference of root volume,root dry weight and CK reached the significant level,and the GA3 effect was the best,GA3,IAA and the combination of the two had a good effect on increasing the dry weight of the seedlings.The combination of growth regulators was the best,the grey correlation analysis was rC>rA>rB>rCK,and the order of each treatment and control was C>A>B>CK,and the growth regulator treatment was better than the control,in which the growth regulator combination treatment was the best.
