- 摘要:
- 为改善番茄的营养品质和提高栽培番茄对环境的适应性,以野生型番茄为试验材料,比较了单色红光和单色蓝光对番茄幼苗花色素苷积累的影响。结果表明:单色红光和蓝光都能显著提高番茄幼苗体内花色素苷的积累,但与红光相比,蓝光对于番茄幼苗花色素苷积累具有更显著的促进作用,由此得出,在番茄大棚栽培过程中,可以通过适当补充蓝光以提高番茄幼苗花色素苷含量从而提高番茄幼苗的耐受性。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the nutrient quality and the adaptability of cultivated tomato to environment ,the wild type tomato was used as the test material, effects of red light and blue light on anthocyanin accumulation of tomato seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that blue light was more significantly promote anthocyanin accumulation in tomato seedlings than red light.Therefore,appropriate blue light can more efficiently increase the anthocyanin content in tomato seedlings during growing,which can improve the abilities of tomato seedlings to abiotic stresses.
