摘要:
为了推动镇安县“三品一标”认证工作的健康发展，梳理了镇安县“三品一标”发展历程。镇安县“三品一标”认证工作起步于2006年，截至2016年底累计认证无公害农产品产地18个、产品28个，认证绿色产品4个、有机产品5个、农产品地理标志保护产品1个，有效期内无公害农产品产地8个、产品12个、绿色产品0个、有机产品5个。分析了“三品一标”认证工作存在社会认知程度低、管理体制松懈、工作难度大、农业标准化进程不快等问题，提出了强势宣传稳步推进认证工作、强化管理不断加快农业标准化进程、强力攻关逐步实施准出准入制度、加强证后监管努力提高农产品质量安全水平等发展对策。
Abstract:
In order to promote the healthy development of “three products and one geographical indication” certification in Zhen′an county,the development of “three products and one geographical indication” in Zhen′an county was combed out.The “three products and one geographical indication” certification work of Zhen’an county started in 2006,the cumulative certificated production places of pollution-free agricultural production were 18,products were 28,certificated green products were 4,organic products were 5,agricultural geographical indications protection product was 1; production places of pollution-free agricultural production within the period of validity were 8,pollution-free agricultural products within the period of validity were 12,no green products within the period of validity,organic products within the period of validity were 5 by the end of 2016.The problems existing in the certification work of “three products and one geographical indication”were analyzed,such as social cognition degree is low,management system is lax,the work is the difficulty,the agricultural standardization process is not fast and so on,develepment countermeasures were put forward including a strong advocacy work,strengthen the management of certification steadily accelerating agricultural standardization process,strong research gradually implemented quasi access system,strengthen the credit supervision efforts to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.
