- GluA3位点的GluA3d基因和GluB3位点的GluB3g基因是优质低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(LMWGS)。为明确2个优质基因在东北春麦区小麦品种(系)中的分布情况,从而为强筋小麦育种和品质改良提供有用信息,利用GluA3d和GluB3g基因特异性STS标记检测了127份小麦品种(系)。结果表明:2个品种携带GluA3d基因,62个品种(系)携带优质基因GluB3g基因,占48.8%。
- Abstract:
- GluA3d and GluB3g of GluA3 and GluB3 locus are high qulity gene for improving breadmaking quality.In order to identify the wheat varieties (lines) carrying GluA3d and GluB3g gene in the northeast spring wheat region,to provide useful information for breeding programmer to improve breadmaking quality and develop new varieties,127 wheat varieties (lines) were examined.The results showed that 2 varieties carried the GluA3d gene,and 62 varieties (lines) carried GluB3g gene,with a frequency of 48.8%.
