- 为寻找抑制南瓜白粉病新型的植物源抑菌剂,对瑞香狼毒根进行分离。采用乙醇提取法对瑞香狼毒根进行粗提取,所得粗提物溶入水溶液后,分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇这4种溶剂萃取。结果表明:石油醚萃取液对南瓜白粉病的活性最高。进一步对石油醚萃取液分离,并根据TLC点板结果,得到12种馏分(F1~F12),将其对南瓜白粉病分别进行活性测定,最终得到5个活性组分(F4、F5、F7、F9、F10)。
- Abstract:
- In order to look for the fungistat of pumpkin powdery mildew,ethanol extraction from Chinese Stellera Root,was extracted with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and normal butanol respectively.The results showed that the petroleum ether extraction with the highest activity against pumpkin powdery mildew.Further separation of petroleum ether extraction,combined with the TLC plate’s results,five active components from 12 fractions from Chinese Stellera Root were found to be the antifungal activities to pumpkin powdery mildew.
